
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments are handled for The Points Manipulator (“TPM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Policy applies to all users of our website, Lounge subscription, consulting services, trip planning services, and any digital content or resources we provide (“Services”).
By purchasing or using any TPM Service, you agree to the terms below.
1. THE LOUNGE SUBSCRIPTION
1.1 Monthly Subscription – Cancellation & Refunds
• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for past or current billing cycles.
• After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for:
- Partial months
- Unused access
- Failure to use the membership
1.2 Annual Subscription – Cancellation & Refunds
Your annual subscription is billed once per year at a discounted rate.
Refund rules:
• You may cancel your annual subscription for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- Early cancellation
- Unused access
- Change of preference
• If you cancel after the 14-day window, your access remains active until the end of the paid annual period.
1.3 Founders Pricing
Members paying the Founders rate ($11.95/month or discounted annual rate) retain this pricing only as long as the subscription remains active.
If your membership lapses or is canceled:
• Your Founders price is forfeited.
• You must rejoin at the current public rate.
2. FREE TRIALS
2.1 Standard Free Trial (14 Days)
All new Lounge subscribers receive a 14-day free trial.
2.2 Extended Trials for Consulting & Trip Planning Clients
Clients who purchase:
• Consulting services, or
• Trip planning services
…receive a 30-day complimentary Lounge trial.
2.3 Trial Billing Terms
• A valid payment method is required to begin any free trial.
• If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
• No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after an uncanceled trial converts.
3. CONSULTING SERVICES
Consulting services are one-time paid services that include live strategy sessions, personalized materials, and custom work.
Due to the personalized nature of this service:
• All consulting fees are non-refundable once scheduling or delivery has begun.
• Missed or unused sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.
4. TRIP PLANNING SERVICES
Trip Planning is a customized research-based service.
Because substantial work begins immediately:
• Trip planning fees are non-refundable once research has started or deliverables have been initiated.
• If you decide not to take the trip or change destinations, no refund will be issued.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
All digital resources — including templates, PDFs, checklists, guides, planners, and any downloadable files — are considered non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Accidental downloads
• Failure to use the product
• Change of preference
6. FAILED PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
If your payment method fails:
• You will receive a notification and short grace period.
• If payment is not resolved, Lounge access will be paused.
• Access is restored immediately once payment succeeds.
TPM is not responsible for loss of access due to:
• Expired cards
• Payment method issues
• Bank declines
7. SERVICE CHANGES
TPM may modify or update the content of the Lounge, consulting offerings, or trip planning format at any time. Changes do not create eligibility for refunds.
